Monday’s storm may have blocked roads with buckets of snow, but northern Utah is going to need much more of the same if it’s going to break its four-year-long drought.
The storm hit the Salt Lake Valley with enough snow to put Dec. 14, 2015, in the National Weather Service record books — on the list of top 30 days for 24-hour snowfall. But in the grander scheme, it’s just a drop in the bucket.
